We ship across Russia with courier services — CDEK, Boxberry, Russian Post and others. Available methods and the exact cost are calculated at checkout. Part of the collection is also available on Wildberries — in that case delivery follows the marketplace rules.
Timing depends on the region and the chosen service: Moscow and Saint Petersburg — usually 1–3 business days, other regions of Russia — 3–10 business days from the moment the order is handed to the carrier. We notify you by email or Telegram once the order ships.
The cost is calculated automatically at checkout and depends on the region, weight and the chosen carrier. The final amount is always visible before you confirm the order.
Please inspect the packaging and the garment upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, document it in the presence of the courier and contact us — we will resolve the issue promptly.
You may return an item of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, not counting the day of purchase (Article 25 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law). The garment must keep its original condition, factory tags and show no signs of wear.
Write to reinasleo@gmail.com or to @reinasleo on Telegram with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send instructions and the return address. Return shipping for items of proper quality is paid by the customer.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days of us receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.
If you received an item with a manufacturing defect, contact us — we will arrange an exchange, a repair or a full refund including shipping costs, in accordance with Russian law.
